Hi, I’m Andi.

From admin roles to executive leadership, I’ve spent 15+ years inside the nonprofit and church world, solving real problems for real people. Now, I’m here to help you bring clarity, structure, and momentum to your leadership, so you can lead with confidence (and maybe even take a deep breath once in a while).
I’m all about practical solutions, people-first leadership, and making sure your systems serve you, not the other way around. Whether we’re streamlining operations, developing your team, or making big-picture strategy actually doable, I bring a mix of insight, strategy, and just the right amount of tough love.
Beyond the Desk
When I’m not creating systems or helping teams thrive, you can find me creating spaces that bring people together – from clothing swaps to book clubs to leadership collaboratives (you name it, I’m starting it!).
I’m also a sucker for a good book, a warm slice of pie, and French fries…but not necessarily in that order. My coffee’s always better when shared in a garden with a friend.
I’m a wife to the best man I know and a mom to two silly girls that I adore. While I may be all about getting things done, trust me, I’m mainly here for the laughs.
I prefer not to take life too seriously, and I try to invite you into the fun!
